Don't define DMLC_LOG_STACK_TRACE on Solaris ( #59 )
...
DMLC_LOG_STACK_TRACE involves use of non-standard header execinfo.h, which
causes compilation failure on Solaris.

Allow compiling with -Werror=strict-prototypes ( #56 )

Without this, with gcc 7.3.0, we see things like:

declaration isn't a prototype [-Werror=strict-prototypes]
