[pyspark] Cleanup data processing. (#8088 )

- Use numpy stack for handling list of arrays.
- Reuse concat function from dask.
- Prepare for `QuantileDMatrix`.
- Remove unused code.
- Use iterator for prediction to avoid initializing xgboost model
