* Handle missing values in dataframe with category dtype. (#7331)

* Replace -1 in pandas initializer.
* Unify `IsValid` functor.
* Mimic pandas data handling in cuDF glue code.
* Check invalid categories.
* Fix DDM sketching.

* Fix pick error.
